A Moroccan antitank mine exploded near the Moroccan wall of occupation hitting a four-wheel drive vehicle, type Toyota, with four people on board.
As a result of the accident, according to media Zouerate, the car broke in two parts, killing one of the occupants, while another had broken legs. Fortunately, the remaining two were unharmed.
Upon hearing the news of the accident, the Sahrawi military authorities dispatched an ambulance to the place and transported the victims to the Sahrawi III Military Region where they were given fist aid. They were then evacuated to the Mauritanian city of Zouerate.
This tragic accident occurred about 150 kilometers northwest of Zouerate and 50 kilometers west of the Sahrawi town of Mijek.
