Sahrawi girl Labuehi Leila, 12, died last Wednesday following the explosion of an anti-tank mine planted by the Moroccan army in the occupied part of Western Sahara, indicated a Sahrawi judicial source.

The explosion took place in Egsaibat Lemaireg 15 km east of the town of Mahbes, occupied Sahrawi Territories, killing the Sahrawi girl, added the same source.

The body of the victim, who was looking after the flock of her family, was torn into parts due to the force of the explosion.
